How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days. Most US orders arrive in 7–20 business days, and many items arrive sooner. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay, with no surprises.

Can I return something?

Yes. You have 30 days from delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.

How do I pick the right size?

Check the size chart in each product's photos and description. Measure your pet first, and if you're between sizes, email us and we'll help.

Are your toys safe?

We choose sturdy, pet-friendly materials, but no toy is indestructible. Always supervise play and replace toys that become worn or damaged.
